Dates: Tuesday July 23rd – Sunday July 28th

Students will be housed in the WJU dorms and will eat most meals in the college cafeteria.
Arrival: Students should plan to arrive between 9:30am and 11am.
Registration will be held in the Student Union beginning at 9:30am. We will begin promptly at 11am.
Arrivals by Air or Train: A City on the Hill staff member will meet students at their arrival point and will be responsible for taking them to William Jessup University. Please make sure we have your correct arrival information and the cell # of the student.
Departures: Students must depart the conference by 11:00 a.m on Sunday, July 28th. A City on the Hill staff member will take students traveling by air, train, etc. to their planned departure point.
Parking: Students who plan to leave their cars on campus will not need a parking permit.
Medical: Please check in all medications with the conference director, Danielle Cullum, when you arrive.
Lodging: Students are housed two or three to a room. Guys and girls are on separate floors. Staff members will be housed among the students and will provide close supervision.
Cell Phones: Cell phones will not be permitted at COTH. This is a fairly intense conference and we do not want phones to be a distraction. We have also found that students get the most out of the conference socially when their phones are not a distraction. We want students to focus on building relationships with the other students attending COTH. It’s only a week – you’ll survive. We promise.
Contact Info for Parents: Staff will monitor a staff cell phone that parents can contact in the event they need to reach their student. Banquet Information: Parents, family, & friends are invited to join us for the Saturday night banquet. Registration details are included in the online application. Tickets are $28 per person. (COTH student fee is covered in tuition). The banquet will be held on July 27th, Saturday night. Check in begins at 7pm and the banquet begins at 7:30pm. The banquet will be held in the Lecture Hall at William Jessup University. (All fees must be paid prior to the banquet.)
